Description

There is NO sidewalk for the Disabled / Handicapped Persons in a wheelchair or walker to access this part of the Cul de Sac. Last year the city made a dirt sidewalk . But, it grew into this shrubbery again. Please!, fix it right this time for ALL DISABLED access. ADA noted!
