Description

When northbound on Carroll Ave, approaching Flower Ave, there are two lanes. Presumable the left hand lane is for left turns, and the right hand lane is for thru traffic and right turns. However there are no markings painted on the street nor any signs indicating proper lane usage. This leads to vehicles in both lanes attempting to continue northbound on Carroll when there is one one lane north of the intersection. Please paint arrows on the pavement and/or erect signage.
