Description

the people that get picked up @ the corner of Brook/Arlington St are now pulling into neighbors driveways ( 30 Brook) to load up multiple people.they leave cigarette butts in her driveway and laugh at her when she tells them to move. This neighbor is elderly and is disgusted by the behavior and rudeness. Constant attention to this problem is needed.
