The sidewalk on the North side of Mount Vernon on both sides of Gramercy Court is blocked by the shrub/tree branches growing out into the sidewalk. This makes an already narrow stretch of sidewalk even less passable. The branches need to be trimmed back well past the edge of sidewalk to allow people to pass or walk together and the tree detritus needs to be shoveled off the sidewalk. It is especially bad on the West side of Gramercy.
