  For ISD and Waste Management:

  Please provide an update as to the current status of this complaint. The dumpster/compactor continues to be located such that it interferes with the quiet enjoyment of my property and remains a public nuisance affecting not only myself but my neighbors as well. The odor is sufficiently bad as to prevent me, my wife, and my children from enjoying our own back yard. Please provide details on when someone will be sent to investigate and what the next steps will be.

  So far, not a single thing has been done to address the dumpster issue and no explanation has been given by the City of Quincy as to why their own bylaws are not being followed. If the City did in fact approve the current location, closest to two residences, no formal explanation has been given as to why the current dumpster location was deemed appropriate over other locations further removed from the affected residences, that would have mitigated the current air quality and public nuisance issue.

  Maybe posting this to Tom Koch's Facebook page ,would help speed things up. No response seems to be the norm from ISD.
